Answer

TennisTrkr can be purchased and installed from the Google Play Store. If using the Play Store app on your connected Android phone, scroll down to the “Available on more devices” section and select the purchase button for your smartwatch.

TennisTrkr purchase is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. This purchase also includes any updates to the current TennisTrkr app.

I already purchased this app for my Fitbit. Why am I asked to pay again?

Answer

If a purchased app is deleted and then re-installed, or installed the app on a new device, it may need to be reactivated. Reactivation is free. Simply visit the kzl.io/unlock. You’ll need the email address you used during the original purchase.

How do I view my previous matches?

Answer

The TennisTrkr app saves your last three matches on Fitbit OS, last ten matches on Wear OS. From the main screen of the TennisTrkr app on your smartwatch, tap the list icon on the left. Then tap a match listed to view previous match score and stats.

How do I set up for a Best of 3 Sets with a 10-pt tiebreaker in 3rd set (USTA League Match Format)?

Answer

From the TennisTrkr, open the match settings by tapping the settings icons in the top-right. Change “Match Format” to “Best of 3 Sets”, and “Final set” to “10pt Tiebreak”.

During a match, tap the arrow at the bottom to view current match stats.

Wear OS: Why does TennisTrkr request permission to show notifications?

Answer

This permission is requested in order to show the ongoing activity notification on the watch face screen and the Recent Apps list.
